You may find here some information you need about your transfer booking.
1. Why should I book in advance?

Our shuttle service is an on-demand service, therefore we recommend you book in advance to secure a shuttle for the time you require. This way you will avoid waiting for transport after a long journey or the stress of booking a transfer before your trip.

2. Which locations do you service (pick-up and drop-off)?

We provide transport to and from; Roissy, Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, train stations, hotels and tourist destinations such as Disneyland, Giverny, and Normandie. These tailor-made transport services are provided following your request. Please check prices in the left column. Enter type of travel, your departure ,your destination and the number of passengers travelling with you.

3. Where do I find the shuttle when I arrive?

For any private booking or excursion our drivers will welcome you (on arrival gate or outside your hotel) with a notice board with MKJ Prestige Transfer writing on.

4. How can I contact your office when I arrive in the airport?

You can contact our office to the following number if needed : +33 6 98 91 55 00.

5. How long will it take to get to my hotel? Terminal?

From/To Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport it may take between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the traffic and your destination/pick-up place.

6. Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal? To my hotel?

You will be the unique client and we will drive you directly to your destination.

7. What happens if my arriving flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, as soon as you land, please contact our office to the following number : +33 6 98 91 55 00. If the shuttle scheduled for you had already left, we will send you another. As we have several shuttles working, you may have to wait a few minutes.

8. General information about our shuttles :

Our shuttles are non-smoking and air-conditioned. They can comfortably seat 8 adults, with luggage.

9. Are there additional fees involved for luggage?

Luggage transport is included in the price, so no extra costs are involved.

10. Do I receive confirmation when I book?

Yes, you will receive confirmation by mail within 24 hours after your reservation, with all the details of your trip and our contact information.

11. How far in advance can I change/cancel my reservation?

You need to cancel or change your reservation a minimum of 24 hours before your arrival time.

12. My pick-up time seems too early. Can I reschedule it?

For international flights, we normally schedule the pick-up time 3 hours before the flight. We can reschedule your pick-up time, but we cannot be held for responsible for any incident that occurs as a result of client-requested changes.

13. My pick-up time is scheduled for 3 hours prior to my flight. Is this sufficient time for an international flight?

For security reasons, international flights require a 2-hour check-in prior to boarding. As Paris is a town with a lot of narrow streets and traffic jams, an estimated one hour of travel time is given to secure your flight. Therefore, pick-up times will be 3 hours before your flight time.

14. A group of us are arriving/departing to/from different terminals/locations, but we want to ride together. Is this possible?

Since all of you are arriving at the same time, you have to make one reservation, under one name providing us with all the details needed for picking you up at the airport. While departing, please make the reservations under one name and one time, providing us with the details of each pick-up.

15. Do you provide car seats for children under 3 and for how much?

We can provide car seats for babies and children free of charge. Please inform this to us in advance.

16. How much should I tip the driver?

We recommend that you tip the driver if you are satisfied with the service provided.

17. How can I do the payment?

Cash : only in Euros
Cheques : only issued by banks located in France
Credit card : Please notify on the booking that you want to pay by credit card (observation ). We accept any credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American express). If you ask the payment by credit card you will have 10€ more for bank charge.
Online payment : At the moment there is no online payment facilities.

18. Is there any night charge?

Yes you will have an extra charge of 10€ between 9:00pm to 6:00am
